The Baltimore Renaissance Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit youth leadership organization, is seeking an enthusiastic Training and Development Intern.Our organization helps young people 16-24 change their communities through entrepreneurship. We help students create and manage real, functioning businesses in their neighborhoods.We're currently looking for one or two talented and committed students with strong writing, research, and communication skills to help develop content for an online leadership knowledge base. The knowledge base will feature interviews and information focusing on community activism and small business development, and will be targeted at young people ages 16-24. Eligible students are 16 and older, and a HS or college student in good standing. The project will require a time commitment of 3-6 hours per week and can be completed independently by the student, with occasional meetings at our downtown office. High School Students: your internship experience counts towards your Maryland service learning hours! We'll make the necessary arrangements with your school.
